Policy on Release of Tapes:
We have had to make a new policy decision in regards to how our bulk reo tapes are released. As you know, we have be posting SANITIZED list tapes for anyone to see on the internet. We have found that our list are being “shopped” around by the “want to be” investors. This has created a customer relationship nightmare for our client managers in sorting out the “talkers” from the serious investors.
REO Tapes will now be release ONLY to members of our preferred members network. Applications for our member network must be completed prior to receiving any tapes. Membership status will be granted on approved application after our client manager reviews your documentation and requirements. No exceptions!
