Deals that are posted in this format should raise some red flags.

The bulk REO process does not happen this way. The process is not the same as buying ONE house.

The last line of the posting.. they don’t even want to talk to the buyer. This is a most ridiculous posting and one of our members swore up and down that it was verifiable. It wasn’t.
