The flakes and con artists have messed up the industry so much that many sellers are no longer trusting buyers with soft POF's. We are moving to a business model that only deals with hard POF's that are bank verifiable. Recent statistics show that nearly 98% of all transactions attempted with soft POF's never close. Do not waste your time or risk your reputation with soft POF's that are unacceptable to legitimate sellers of REO properties or are fraudulent and risk leaving you hanging with a dry close which is strictly illegal in most states.
We are not accepting POF that come from Freedom$oft, or Aegis Capital Partners!!! We know you are "newbies" and we do not want our product "shopped"

Right here, right now, let's dispel the internet myth that "…large REO tapes of up to $1b are readily available." "So…show me what you've got in a tape." Ask yourself this: If you were the owner of a valuable asset, would you throw it out on the internet to see if anyone would buy it? I didn't think so. And neither will any bank or servicer.
IF you come to this site. PLEASE don't contact us if you tell me you know someone "advertising" or claiming they "have the product" or are "direct with the compiler", etc., etc., etc., on ANY forum. They don't; and they aren't.)
There exists a process or "protocol" which must be adhered to. If you don't yet know the rules or think your are someone special to which such rules don't apply, have fun wasting your time somewhere else. We do not get involved in any form of "the daisy chain".
