Due to the increase in prices from the banks, we had to adjust our discounted purchase prices introduced in our Small Bulk REO Notes program in our April webinar as follows:

Each Land Contract Note shall be assigned to Buyer based on the following terms: (Payments for all LC Notes begin on the 90th day)
