NPN’s and REO’s are in either FL or GA. These range from apartments, multi-family apartment condominiums, vacant land, sfr, strip centers, restaurants, multi-family student housing & office buildings. Quality tape and it can be cherry-picked.

PN’s are available in every state. Both commercial & residential loans are available, please inquire about these if interested. They are coming from an Asset Management Company that is one of the largest investment & advisory firms in the USA.

These are some really good quality tapes!! What we will need in order for us to move forward on any of these assets are the following:

-MFA signed
-NCND signed
-Hard POF
-CA with the bank as well

Once the bank agrees to an LOI they will discuss contract and delivery of ALL due diligence materials. What we do know is that the anything from .40-.55 on the NPN’s and .45-.65 on the REO’s will get their attention and have them willing to talk.
