Changes in REO markets bring other opportunities

With the changes in the economy and with real estate values, several members have asked me about other short-term alternatives for wealth creation. An escrow is opened in the clients name for deposit and proceeds. The 250K program is placed in trade for a term of 60 days with 2.2M being paid out at the end, in 60 days.

(2) The 1M Compound Program (Cash Only):

Client can do multiple 1M trades. The 1M compound program is for 6 months. For the first 5 months the client receives 100K per month and on the 6th month 10M for a total of 10.5M in proceeds. Then once that is obtained, we have a 10M program that compounds into 100M in 6 months.
