REO HOT DROP – SOLD

This list was sent out on 7-27-09 and nobody bought it. Since then the hedge fund has won another bid for a large package and has decided to reduce the price on these properties to reduce their inventory. The old price was a total of $4750.00 per property, they have reduced the price to $3400.00 per property including all fees. Look again to see if there this is a reasonable purchase at $98,600.00.

The seller will take 10% down to be deposited with the escrow agent with the balance due when the deeds are delivered in about a week.

Here is a pool from a hedge fund that bought several hundred properties. they are selling them off in smaller pools. They have not worked the properties, they purchase just to resell.
