Getting Started

Although we prefer to work directly with buyers, we will work with Buyer and Seller Representatives. Once your membership is approved you will be assigned a BankREOPropertyDeals Account Executive who will work with you every step of the way. We are selective with whom we choose to do business, and our Clients and Sellers appreciate it. Clients and Sellers can feel comfortable that when a Buyer Agent is involved in the transaction, that they have been approved into our Preferred Buyer Agent Network.

Purchasing requires having the necessary funds. When we both know you have the financial capability, things move very, very quickly to ultimately filling your bulk order and moving you one major step closer to a big payday. Keeping that in mind, your ability to execute and close is critical. You will be asked to prove your financial ability (pre-qualify), and once proven, allows us to immediately get to work delivering your order.

Pre-qualifying is important to you because the originating financial institutions allow a short time window to execute your REO order before moving assets to other liquidation programs.

The recommended minimum purchase is $1,000,000. We will entertain higher purchase requests for your first order, however we recommend starting with the minimum order.
