Bank REO Property Deals , is the the result of the frustrations experienced by Duncan Wierman, a long time real estate investor and successful entrepreneur.
With home sales nearly stalled in many parts of the county, he realized that lenders would have difficulty selling the rapidly increasing number of properties they were acquiring through foreclosure. Mr. Wierman approached lenders that he had worked with over the years to inquire about buying very large blocks of properties at a discount.
Mr. Wierman quickly discovered the the REO (real estate owned) departments of most financial institutions are accessible to only a handful of insiders and asset management companies who are contracted directly by the banks and securities firms.
The reality is that there are far more entities wanting to buy REO packages (portfolios) than there are entities authorized to sell them. In fact most of the portfolios being circulated are either bogus and do not actually exist or are simply fall out packages offered by endless broker chains.
The objective of Bank REO Property Deals LLC is to offer the experienced, capable investor REAL PRODUCT from those working directly with financial institutions, wall street firms and other suppliers of REO bulk portfolios.

Our properties and investors are ‘Grade A’ with considerable due diligence on our part to confirm the resources and the viability of the buyers as well as all information on our properties that would be needed for an investor to make an informed decision on whether to add a particular investment to their portfolio. With an extensive background in the finance and business community, our experience in the process of due diligence, real estate closings, title insurance, mortgages, real estate financing and consulting supersedes our competitors.
The premise of our operation is to direct the buyer’s representatives to REO’s residential and commercial, note packages – performing, non-performing, MTN’s, hotels, and any other needed property.
We also customize packages to fit the needs of the individual investor, and these customized packages vary from $5,000,000 or more in current fair market value and can be cross-sectioned by geographical area, type of property, or any other criteria, which can be completed in 5 business days.
