Prices range from 35 to 55 cents on the dollar for residential portfolios and 70 to 80 cents on the dollar for commercial property portfolios. The cost varies depending on the geographic area and the type of portfolio requested, with the best pricing reserved for very large orders.

We specialize in portfolios from $5 to $20 million, however we will accept orders from a minimum of $1 million to a maximum of $500 million. Orders can be specified on a National, Regional, State and County Level as well as by size, style and amenities.

Our objective is to establish long-term business relationships with serious investors/buyers of REO bulk portfolios and notes. We connect our buyers directly to the sellers of huge inventories, and these custom orders are typically filled within 3 to 5 business days depending on the order and supply and demand in the industry. We only represent sellers with verified product.

We prefer to work directly with the buyer, but we welcome the referrals of buyer representatives who respect and follow our client-oriented process. To do business with BankREOPropertyDeals, a buyer’s representative must register with us. We will only recognize one buyer’s agent per transaction and thus do not permit nor acknowledge broker chains as they are counter productive.
